Don't Steal the Cross!
Welcome Back! We are most excited to be back after a month away - we thought it was a month "off" and to catch up, but our plans were different than expected. Today we discuss the power of the crosses in our life and challenge you to ask what someone needs when they are carrying a cross, to not be another thing on their to-do list, and to be open and receptive to help with the cross. Praying for our loved ones and supporting them, but not taking the cross from them, is the most powerful thing we can do!

In our last episode to wrap up our first FULL YEAR of the podcast, we are talking about Assuming the Best! We have a tendency from a primal brain to assume the worst and protect ourselves, so notice that and get curious about it. Next, what are you making that mean and what is the story you are telling yourself (that may or may not be true)? Thirdly, clarify and communicate, ask the questions and have the hard conversations. Most people are good and well intended, so talk about it and work through the situation! When we assume the best, it serves us and the other person SO much better than the alternative! Words of the year recap!
Today we have Bridget Reid, founder of Bloom with Bridget podcast and all things BLOOM!, back on the podcast to discuss our words of the year for 2021. Bridget's word for 2021 was "Bloom" and we have never seen a word come to so much fruition as hers did this past year! MK discusses how "Limitless" played out this year and Maria brings "Miracles" all the way home. We encourage you to really think before just picking a word, and to actually pick a word for 2022. Our suggestion is to get quiet, and journal and ask the Lord HIS plan for you and your life in 2022. Bridget has some great feedback from "One Word That Will Change Your Life" by Jon Gordon. He recommends asking 3 questions for your word of the year:
1 - What do you need? What areas in your life need to change
2 - What's in your way?
3 - What do you need to let go of?

Leading Each Other in Love
We are so excited to welcome Jason Angelette. He has been through so much in his life and is a blessing to witness his faith through it all. He is a father of 5 who is widowed and raising these children to get to heaven. His heart to live for the Lord, to trust in the Lord and to keep going on this journey to heaven is inspiring!
