When you have TOO much to do

 

Today we are discussing when our plates are more than full and figuring out what to take on and where to even begin.  Oftentimes, it can be helpful to actually put it on paper and see that perhaps it's not as much as we think?!  Another suggestion is to ASK for help, know when to say no and set boundaries, and know when it's just not the season.  We all have seasons where we are overcommitted and feel like we are underdelivering, but it doesn't have to be this way.  Join us as we discuss some practical ways to break it down and deal with all of our responsibilities in a healthy way!

Today we welcome Patrick Towles to the pod!  Patrick is the former University of Kentucky quarterback, and the Boston College quarterback, who has taken his mission from the football field back to universities walking with students in their faith life.  Patrick is a FOCUS missionary and is making big strides in people's lives.  He has utilized his platform as a well-known athlete to glorify God and lead people to Christ.  We chat today about what all he learned from his past and how his focus has changed into making a lifelong impact with others.
