Assuming the Best
In our last episode to wrap up our first FULL YEAR of the podcast, we are talking about Assuming the Best! We have a tendency from a primal brain to assume the worst and protect ourselves, so notice that and get curious about it. Next, what are you making that mean and what is the story you are telling yourself (that may or may not be true)? Thirdly, clarify and communicate, ask the questions and have the hard conversations. Most people are good and well intended, so talk about it and work through the situation! When we assume the best, it serves us and the other person SO much better than the alternative!
